Keeper believes clear insurance starts with clear disclosure. This page explains, in plain language, who we are, how we’re paid, how we communicate — including our use of automation and artificial intelligence — and what our quotes do and don’t mean.
1. Who we are
Keeper Mortgage Protection is a brand of LegacyLife Partners LLC, an independent insurance agency licensed in all 50 states. We are not an insurance company: we do not underwrite or issue policies. Products discussed on this site are underwritten and issued by third-party insurance carriers.

2. How we’re paid
Quotes and consultations are free to you. If you purchase a policy, the issuing insurance carrier pays Keeper and/or its licensed agents a commission. Commission rates can vary by carrier and product, which is why we disclose it: our job is to show you options clearly so you can judge the fit yourself. You never pay Keeper a fee for quotes or advice, and consenting to be contacted obligates you to nothing.
3. What our quotes mean
- All figures presented before a carrier issues a policy are estimates, based on the information you provide.
- Final rates and eligibility are determined by the carrier’s underwriting — your age, health, coverage amount, term length, and state all matter.
- Coverage is not in force until a carrier issues the policy and premium is paid.
- “Living benefits” refer to riders (such as accelerated death benefits for critical, chronic, or terminal illness) that vary by carrier, product, and state, may involve additional cost or reduced death benefit when exercised, and are subject to each carrier’s terms. Ask your agent for the specific rider details before relying on them.
- Product availability, features, and rates vary by state and are subject to change by the carriers.
4. Educational content
Content on this site is for general education only. It is not insurance, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and it is not a formal illustration of any specific policy. Insurance recommendations are made only by licensed agents based on your individual situation. Any guarantees described are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance carrier. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
5. Communications and consent
If you submit our form with the consent box checked, you authorize LegacyLife Partners LLC dba Keeper Mortgage Protection and a licensed insurance agent to contact you at the number and email you provided — by phone call, SMS text, and email, including through automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voice messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
- Revoke at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, tell any caller “put me on your do-not-call list,” or email support@keepermortgageprotection.com. We honor revocations promptly and maintain an internal do-not-call list.
- Call recording: calls may be monitored, recorded, and transcribed (including by automated tools) for quality, training, and compliance. Where required by law, you will be notified at the start of the call.
6. Our use of artificial intelligence
We use automation and AI tools in parts of our operations, and we disclose it plainly:
- Voice: some outbound or follow-up calls may use an AI-generated or prerecorded voice. These calls are made only with the consent described above, and you can transfer to a live licensed agent or opt out at any time during the call.
- Text and email: some messages may be drafted with AI assistance and reviewed under our quality standards.
- Chat: if this site offers chat, automated chat assistants are labeled as such.
- Operations: we may use AI for transcribing calls, summarizing inquiries, routing requests, and quality review.
- What AI never does: AI does not decide whether you qualify for coverage, what you pay, or what you should buy. All insurance recommendations are made by licensed human agents, and all underwriting decisions are made by the issuing insurance carrier.
- Your escape hatch: you may request a live human agent at any time, in any channel, and we will connect you.
- Accuracy: AI-assisted content and communications can contain errors. Policy terms are governed solely by carrier documents — confirm anything important with your licensed agent and your policy paperwork.
7. Testimonials and statistics
If this site displays testimonials or reviews, they reflect the genuine experience of real clients who consented to their use; individual results vary and no compensation was provided unless stated. Any statistics we publish will be sourced and verifiable. We do not use fabricated reviews, endorsements, or performance numbers.
8. Accessibility
